How an enquiry becomes an order

  3. A written draft quote identifies deliverables, exclusions, licence limits, costs, tax status and expiry.
  4. The owner approves any commercial commitment. No invoice or new payment link is created by this form.
  5. Only accepted terms and verified payment can lead to fulfilment.

No procurement eligibility, Indigenous ownership certification, banking verification or guaranteed acceptance is claimed here.
