Purchase & Refund Policy

Plain-language summary: Public SHAI and the Digital Library remain free. Nine downloadable educational products, three live Personal SHAI 30-day prepaid passes, and Sacred Homes™ Digital Business Launch are live. A download or live service is available only when its product card shows a Buy on Shopify link. Personal SHAI purchases begin inside the signed-in Personal SHAI account. SHAI™ Navigation Session remains inquiry-only, and workshops remain unavailable.

Products and prices

Current catalog prices are the SHAI™ Quick Start Toolkit (CAD $5), SHAI™ Action Pack (CAD $12), SHAI™ Builder Pack (CAD $25), Personal SHAI™ Access (CAD $4.99 for a one-time 30-day pass), Personal SHAI™ Pathway (CAD $9.99 for a one-time 30-day pass), and Personal SHAI™ Builder (CAD $19.99 for a one-time 30-day pass). The three Personal SHAI passes are live as one-time 30-day purchases with no automatic renewal. Purchase begins inside the signed-in Personal SHAI account so a verified Shopify payment can be bound to the correct account entitlement. Prices may change prospectively; a completed purchase is governed by the price displayed at checkout.

SHAI™ Builder Studio — Pricing, Quotes & 30-Day Launch is CAD $25. Its English-language ZIP contains offline HTML pricing and quote tools, a 30-day planner and a four-page PDF guide. The personal/internal-business licence covers one business, including its team; generated quotes and plans may be used within that business. Desktop use is recommended for the HTML tools; opening downloaded HTML on Android varies by device and browser. No live AI or subscription is included.

These five products work offline after download and do not include physical goods, live AI or an ongoing service. Except for the Robot ZIP, delivery is a PDF. Product files are in English even when the website interface uses another language; compatible PDF software is needed, and the optional Robot simulator requires a compatible browser. Each download includes its licence and instructions.

Services, workshops and organizational offers

Sacred Homes™ Digital Business Launch is live as an asynchronous, founder-reviewed service at C$299 / C$599 / C$899. No live appointment is required by default. The customer completes a written intake, supplies the content, permissions and account access required for the selected tier, and receives a written scope and delivery schedule before substantive implementation begins. Third-party costs such as domains, Shopify subscriptions, paid apps and payment-processing fees are separate unless the written scope expressly includes them. SHAI™ Navigation Session remains inquiry-only and Practical AI for Indigenous Entrepreneurs remains unavailable. Organizational SHAI™ packages, sponsored access and Navigator / Train-the-Trainer work require separate scoping and, where applicable, a proposal or contract.

Self-service drafting workflows

The Small Business Content Pack, Employment Application Pack and Funding Application Prep Pack are self-service English-language drafting workflows inside Personal SHAI. Each workflow uses four completed tasks from the same pass allowance as your other Personal SHAI tasks. There is no separate pack charge. Content uses the Builder pass (C$19.99 CAD, 12 tasks, 30 days); employment and funding preparation use Pathway (C$9.99 CAD, 6 tasks, 30 days) or Builder. If your suitable active pass has at least four tasks remaining, no additional purchase is needed. Pass purchases have no automatic renewal.

Each completed task includes one revision of that same task, within the active pass. Results are concise AI drafts available to copy or download as TXT; DOCX/PDF delivery is not included. Customers supply current public program requirements, safe facts or redacted employment and project notes, review every claim, add personal identifiers locally and decide what to publish or submit. These workflows do not include appointments, founder intake or review, independent research, verification, publishing or application submission. Drafting is subject to the existing pass limits and service availability. No sales, interview, employment or funding outcome is guaranteed.

The Funding Application Prep Pack explains supplied requirements, lists evidence and gaps, drafts a project request of up to 400 words and prepares a submission checklist. Customers choose one program, check its current official requirements and AI-use/disclosure rules, and paste short relevant public excerpts, the date checked and redacted facts about one project into each task. Do not paste a full program guide. Each task stands alone: source text and earlier drafts are not automatically carried forward. The program’s own rules govern permitted AI use. A link alone is not sufficient; SHAI does not open links or check live program availability. This is not a completed application or official form. Program search, eligibility decisions, budget or financial advice, funder contact and submission are not included. Do not supply private financial records, banking or tax details, government identifiers or restricted community knowledge.

The former C$99 and C$69 manually delivered offers are superseded and are not available for new orders. Any already agreed work retains its agreed terms. The existing Personal SHAI access, payment and refund terms apply to these workflows; no separate workflow payment is collected.

SHAI Store digital editions

One-time SHAI Store purchases use Stripe hosted checkout. Full digital files are released only after server-verified payment. Downloads are private and use short-lived download tokens. Save the private purchase access file on the order page to return later; anyone with it can access that purchase. Keep it private. If a payment is delayed, retain the access file and wait for confirmation; do not pay again. For lost access or delivery problems, contact Sacred Homes with your Stripe receipt, never card details or passwords. These editions do not include a subscription, live coaching, generative AI or an accredited qualification. The licence and compatibility information on the product page and in the package apply. Refunded or disputed orders may have download access suspended. The refund and consumer-rights terms below continue to apply.

Payment

When checkout is enabled, payment is processed by the payment provider shown at checkout. Sacred Homes does not ask customers to send card numbers through the public contact form. Any applicable taxes or processor-supported payment methods are shown at checkout when configured.

Digital delivery

Toolkit purchases are delivered as digital educational resources through the checkout completion flow and/or the email address used at checkout. Digital Business Launch is delivered as a scoped asynchronous service with founder review and owner handoff; it is not an instant downloadable product. Personal SHAI prepaid passes provide time-limited account access rather than a PDF download. Access is granted only after the signed Shopify payment event is verified and matched to the checkout binding created for the signed-in account. Keep the receipt and delivery/access instructions for your records. Download links may be disabled or replaced if they are abused or redistributed at scale.

Refunds and problems

Sacred Homes will correct duplicate charges and will refund a purchase that Sacred Homes cannot deliver. For another refund request, contact Sacred Homes promptly with the receipt and reason. Requests are assessed fairly based on delivery status, product access, the circumstances of the purchase, payment-processor rules, and applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer rights.

What the toolkits do not promise

Toolkits support planning and navigation. They do not guarantee employment, funding, licensing, admission, housing, business revenue, legal outcomes, financial results, repair outcomes, medical outcomes, or acceptance by a third party.

Customer responsibilities

Use current official sources for consequential requirements. Do not place passwords, banking credentials, SINs, health records, government logins, Status Card numbers, criminal-record documents, or other sensitive records into public SHAI or the public contact form.

Support

Use the Sacred Homes contact form. Choose Toolkit access for a PDF toolkit issue, Service inquiry for Personal SHAI or a productized service/workshop inquiry, or Partnership for an organizational scope discussion. Include the email used at checkout and enough information to identify the purchase; do not send full card data.

Changes

This policy may be updated for future purchases. Material terms for a completed transaction are not retroactively changed by a later website update.
