Shop SHAI is operated by Sacred Homes. These terms describe the independent digital storefront. The Purchase and Refund Policy forms part of the information to review before a new purchase. Nothing here reduces statutory consumer protections or changes the terms of a completed earlier purchase.
Products and prices
Purchasable listings are the completed digital educational products with their own live Stripe checkout links. Each product page describes the particular item, compatibility, permitted use and Canadian-dollar, one-time price. Any applicable taxes are disclosed through checkout as configured. There is no automatic subscription attached to these individual digital products. Free tools remain free. Research concepts and the held Builder Studio pilot are not available for purchase.
Checkout and delivery
New digital-product orders use Stripe-hosted payment links, not Shopify. A successful payment is verified server-side before a private digital download is released. Download availability can depend on payment confirmation. If payment or access is delayed, keep your Stripe receipt and the private purchase-access file; do not pay again for the same order. A purchase-access file functions as a private credential, so store it securely.
Licences and use
These are digital materials, not shipped physical goods or live professional services. Permitted personal, household or internal-business uses vary by product. Read the licence and usage instructions supplied with the individual download. A purchase does not itself confer an accredited qualification, professional certification or guaranteed outcome.
Refunds and consumer rights
For duplicates, an undeliverable purchase, download issues and other refund requests, see the Purchase and Refund Policy and use customer support. Requests are considered under the applicable law, delivery status and transaction circumstances. Mandatory consumer rights are not waived.
Educational and safety boundaries
Store materials provide planning, learning and decision-support information. They do not guarantee admission, employment, housing, funding, business revenue, legal results, repair safety or other third-party decisions. Verify consequential requirements with responsible authorities or qualified professionals. Do not submit sensitive records or payment-card details through the public contact form.
Changes and support
Product availability and future prices may change prospectively. Terms for previously completed purchases are not retroactively changed by an updated page. For order verification, delivery, privacy or accessibility questions, use the Sacred Homes contact page and include your Stripe receipt details without exposing full card data.
